Air services support autumn trekking and climbing expeditions
KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 1
Flights from Ramechhap to Lukla have started, catering to trekkers and climbers heading for the Everest region this autumn, the Civil Aviation Authority confirmed.
Airlines including Sita, Tara, and Summit are operating services from Manthali, with 50–65 flights expected daily in favorable weather.
Tourists are transported by road from Kathmandu to Ramechhap before flying onward to Lukla.
