Rainfall blocks Daunne section of Narayanghat-Butwal road – The Himalayan Times – Nepal’s No.1 English Daily Newspaper
KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 30
Heavy rainfall has once again blocked the Daunne section of the Narayanghat-Butwal road along the East-West Highway.
According to the District Police Office, the road, which had been operating one-way for maintenance, is now completely closed.
The blockage has occurred at Bishwokarma Temple and Ghyukhola in Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality-2, making westward travel impossible due to muddy and slippery conditions.
Authorities are monitoring the situation and advising motorists to take precautions.
