Following Nepal’s unbeaten run in the T20 World Cup Asia-East Pacific Qualifier in Oman, congratulations and best wishes have poured in from across the cricketing fraternity.

Australian coach Stuart Law added, “The boys really played excellent cricket, and there is no reason why they shouldn’t be here. Every team has its own style of play, and the Nepal way is unique – we work on their strengths in specific aspects of the game and stick to them. It would be hard to beat us. I am proud of the amount of hard work these players have put in, and I’m delighted we qualified without losing a game here. Even though I haven’t spent much time in Nepal, my experience has been wonderful – the people are welcoming, passionate about cricket, and it’s a cricket-loving nation. Coming back after winning the West Indies series, the boys will get a couple of days off before we shift our focus to the 50-over matches in Dubai in a few days.”
Nepal’s Ambassador to Oman, Dormani Aryal, extended his gratitude to the cricket team for making the nation proud. “They should receive all necessary support from the concerned agencies for their World Cup preparation,” he said.
