Gold price drops Rs 5,500 per tola in domestic market – The Himalayan Times – Nepal’s No.1 English Daily Newspaper
KATHMANDU, MAY 28
The price of gold declined sharply by Rs 5,500 per tola in the domestic market on Thursday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 285,000 per tola today, down from Rs 290,500 per tola on Wednesday.
Similarly, the price of silver also fell by Rs 215 per tola. The white metal is being traded at Rs 4,865 per tola on Thursday, compared to Rs 5,080 per tola a day earlier.
