Gold falls Rs 5,800, silver Rs 155 on Friday – The Himalayan Times – Nepal’s No.1 English Daily Newspaper

Gold and silver prices declined in the domestic market on Friday, with fine gold dropping by Rs 5,800 per tola and silver by Rs 155 compared to the previous trading day.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 285,500 per tola, down from Rs 291,300 on Thursday. Silver also fell to Rs 4,350 per tola from Rs 4,505 a day earlier.
Earlier this week, fine gold was priced at Rs 291,000 per tola on Wednesday and Rs 285,600 on Tuesday, while silver traded at Rs 4,480 and Rs 4,370 per tola, respectively.
In the international market, gold was trading at around USD 4,045 per ounce, while silver stood at USD 57 per ounce, according to international media reports.
