PM Karki calls meeting of seven political parties to discuss upcoming election – The Himalayan Times – Nepal’s No.1 English Daily Newspaper
KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 20
Prime Minister Sushila Karki has invited seven political parties represented in the dissolved House of Representatives for discussions on the upcoming election scheduled for March 5.
Letters have been sent to the parties for a meeting at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar at 4:00 pm on October 21, said Ram Rawal, Press Coordinator to PM Karki. Two senior representatives from each party have been asked to attend.
The invited parties include the Nepali Congress, CPN (UML), CPN (Maoist Centre), Rastriya Swatantra Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Janamat Party, and Nagarik Unmukti Party.
