Afghanistan defeats Nepal in CAVA Cup Men’s Volleyball – The Himalayan Times – Nepal’s No.1 English Daily Newspaper
Kathmandu, Oct 26: Afghanistan has defeated Nepal in the Central Asia Volleyball Association (CAVA) Cup men’s volleyball tournament held in Bangladesh.
In the match held in Dhaka today, Afghanistan trounced Nepal in straight sets 3-0.
Afghanistan defeated Nepal 25–18 in the first set of the match, while Nepal won the second set 25–17 and the third set 25–21. This is Nepal’s third loss in the fourth game.
Nepal secured their first win by defeating the Maldives in a set of 3-0. Prior to that, Nepal had been defeated by Tajikistan and Bangladesh in their first match.
