Ncell introduces 60-second pulse rate for international calls – The Himalayan Times – Nepal’s No.1 English Daily Newspaper
KATHMANDU, AUGUST 18
Ncell has introduced a 60-second pulse rate for international outgoing calls to 198 countries, effective Tuesday.
The new pulse rate has been implemented following approval from the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) on August 7, under Section 42 of the Telecommunications Act, 2053, the company said.
The revised pulse rate applies to destinations including Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, India, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States, among others.
Ncell said the complete list of countries covered by the new pulse rate, along with international call and SMS rates, is available on its website.
